Musical Mondegreens

Arse! Never thought I'd have to say it but thank you Noel Edmonds for introducing me to world of mondegreen, i.e. misheard song lyrics.

"You come to me on a submarine" for "you come to me on a summer breeze", Bee Gees, How Deep Is Your Love, 1977

"Doughnuts make your brown eyes blue", Crystal Gale, 1978

For obscure reasons, mondegreens differ from the ordinary linguistic neo-malapropisms, i.e. eggcorns, as the funerary 'in the father, in the son and into the hole he goes'.

Much more to follow. Please feel free to add.
