Eggcorn or Mondegreen?

Sorry for absence of long posts: just got back from an interview in London and was reminded of a classic eggcorn/mondegreen: the Damned's classic 1979 album Machine Gun Etiquette inspiring the Japanese band name Thee Michelle Gun Elephant.
